What this service is

Soljari Split is a record-keeping tool for shared expenses. It calculates and displays amounts between people. It does not hold, transfer or process money, and it is not a payment service or a financial institution.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping access to your account secure. Do not use the service to record anything unlawful.

Balances are a record, not a debt we enforce

Amounts shown in the app reflect what you and the people you use it with have entered. Any obligation to pay exists between you and them. We are not a party to it and cannot arbitrate, collect or reverse anything.

Settled groups

Confirming a settlement is deliberately final: the groups involved lock and their figures are written permanently into the ledger. Check the four working tables before you confirm.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Suspension

We may suspend an account that abuses the service, with the reason shown to the account holder.
